河南地区弱势群体因贫困，因血液安全管理失控造成众多无辜者感染艾滋病。只有揭露真相和彼此关爱才能真正抵制这一人间悲剧。《中原纪事》是〈关爱〉系列片之一，讲述发生在今日河南农村的, 爱与艾滋病的故事。

Because of the poverty of the social vulnerable group in Henan and the poor management of the blood supply, many innocent people fall victim to HIV while selling blood and receiving blood transfusions. Only by caring enough to reveal the truth about the tragic conditions of these people can the problem be controlled. “The Epic of the Central Plains” is part of the series “Caring and Compassion” that tells the story of AIDS and Love in rural Henan.
